"She deserves to be executed"-Brother of Sudanese woman sentenced to death for marrying a Christian

After being sentenced to death for marrying a Christian,it has been revealed that Meriam Ibrahim who gave birth to a daughter in her prison cell last week may not be released any time soon..
However, while the international community is fighting for her release, her brother thinks differently..In a shocking interview with CNN today, Al Samani Al Hadi said he turned his sister into authorities because his family are Muslim people.

It's one of two; if she repents and returns to our Islamic faith and to the embrace of our family then we are her family and she is ours. But if she refuses she should be executed. Her now husband "Daniel , this "priest",he gave her magic potions drink. Or something that allowed him to convert her. When she was caught, our sister’s face was different, the way she looked at us was different. She was bewitched, like an unconscious person. She didn't know any of us. When she stood in front of the court she said her name was Meriam Yahya Ibrahim. We were shocked by that name. This is what the law states and we will never allow any distortion of that. If she dies we will have enforced God’s word. The solution is that she is executed. As we have been ordered by our Prophet, peace be upon him: He who barters his religion you must kill..The world should not involve itself in our family affairs. This is a family and these are our private affairs. We don’t want outside involvement.”

A judge in Praia Grande, in Sao Paulo state of Brazil has sentenced Edson Cholbi do Nascimento aka Edinho, the third son of legendary footballer Pele, to 33 years imprisonment for laundering money raised from drug trafficking.

Sudan retracts claim that woman sentenced to death will be freed

A few days ago, we heard that Meriam Ibrahim, the woman sentenced to death in Sudan for apostasy will soon be freed after the country's Foreign Minister Abdullahi Alzareg was quoted as saying that Sudan was committed to protecting the woman. But according to new reports, that's not happening as the Foreign Minister is now saying quotes attributed to him was taken out of context.
The country has officially denied that Meriam would soon be released. Now they are saying Meriam's release will depend on whether a court accepted an appeal request made by her defence team.

A ministry statement said what Alazreg actually told media on Saturday was "that the defence team of the concerned citizen has appealed the verdict ... and if the appeals court rules in her favour, she will be released" and not that she will be released by the government because 'the government does not interfere in the work of the judiciary because it is an independent body."
