 Nigerian international footballer, Emmanuel Emenike of Olympiacos FC in Turkey has welcomed his first child at a hospital in London.
Emenike who has been engaged to ex-beauty Queen girlfriend, Iheoma Nnadi, since late 2016 has reportedly been smiling ear to ear since the successful delivery.

In light of the current economic situation of the country, former Minister of Education, Dr Oby Ezekwesili, on Sunday said that the demands by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) were unrealistic.

Ezekwesili said this while speaking with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Ibadan while reacting to the ongoing strike embarked upon by the union.

The Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG), on Sunday said the jubilation that followed the arrival of President Muhammadu Buhari was an indication that the country had no alternation to him now.

Alhaji Tokunbo Korodo, the Chairman, South-West Chapter of the union, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos that Nigerians were in happy mood with the arrival of their President.

“We believe in our president and I can tell you, categorically, that there is no alternative to Buhari in moving the country forward,” he said.
