Man rapes man in Lagos

A man has dragged 38-year-old Sali Malu, a gatekeeper,to the Abule Egba Magistrates’ Court  for raping him.The complainant (names withheld), who is also a gatekeeper in  Peace Estate, Ipaja, Lagos estate, went to the room of the accused to charge his phone.

“The accused gave him food to eat. The man did not know that the food had been laced with drug.
“After eating the food, he slept off only to wake up to the reality that he had been raped,’’ “When the complainant woke up, his anus was paining him and there was some left-over semen in it,

The prosecutor, Insp. Racheal Williams alleged that the accused had drugged his victim before raping him on March 23 in the house of the accused.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the accused is facing a two-count charge of sexual assault and causing a breach of peace.The accused pleaded not guilty to the charge of raping a fellow gatekeeper (names withheld) and breach of peace.The accused was granted bail of N500, 000 with two sureties in like sum.
